We’re committed to providing you with the best possible experience—not just during open enrollment or when you have questions, but all year long.


That’s why we’ve made some important upgrades behind the scenes that we think will improve our operations.   

Our team has evaluated and implemented new internal systems and removed clunky programs that don’t work. 


We have streamlined processes for Open Enrollment and the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period. Cutting out processes and programs that have not worked so well over the past year.  


You will see more emails directed to specific products and the increased usage of texting.  During AEP and OE email and text will be the quickest way to communicate with us.     


While you may not notice a big change right away (or ever), these upgrades mean fewer hiccups, better communication and more personalized support in the long run.  If ever we are not meeting your expectations, please let us know! 


We will keep you updated on specific changes that you will need to know in upcoming Newsletters and special email notifications that are product specific, so you aren’t getting too many emails from us that don’t apply to you.
