Many of you know that I started this business 13 years ago after moving to the Chicago area and looking for a new career. This agency was not purchased or handed down to me. I started it from scratch as a late-in-life career change, without knowing anyone in my new hometown and with zero clients.
Today we are lucky to have over 1,000 clients who I have personally enrolled. I
have grown from knowing little and doing everything myself to becoming an expert in Medicare and having a small team of dedicated and supportive staff. We have gone totally paperless and virtual and I even had the pleasure of moving back to my home in Colorado and enrolling myself in Medicare!
