I have a rich background that uniquely qualifies me
to be a very effective coach. I understand how entrepreneurs and business owners think and what keeps them up at night!

As a BUSINESS OWNER I've owned two successful businesses in the past 30 years. From a small startup service business to an industrial manufacturing business, I've built effective processes, sales and marketing programs, developed leadership, obtained grant funds and lived through more than one economic downturn. My experience can help you avoid some of the costly pitfalls and shorten your learning curve.

I've developed and facilitated numerous MASTERMIND GROUPS where business owners meet to act as an informal Board of Advisors to brainstorm solutions to the problems presented to the group. I bring all of that practical experience with me when I work with my clients.

I have developed numerous BOARD OF DIRECTORS leadership teams, membership, and programs which provide insights into managing people and non-profit organizations. As Past President of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Denver Chapter and the Arapahoe County Family Child Care Association (ACFCCA), I have developed a strong network and long lasting relationships.

I have both had and been a MENTOR and know the value of brainstorming, learning new things, collaboration, and sharing knowledge.
